IBM and Indian startup hub expand access to quantum tools
IBM and India's MeitY Startup Hub announced a memorandum of understanding aimed at helping startups work with advanced technology, including quantum computing. The cooperation is oriented toward access, learning and potential applications rather than announcing a new quantum processor.
Cloud and development access can lower the barrier to experimentation but does not guarantee that a problem benefits from quantum execution. Hardware quality and measurable application-level outcomes remain the key tests.
