Bitcoin holds near $84,500 through Sunday
Bitcoin traded in a narrow range through Sunday, opening near $84,427 and ending the session around $84,456 in one widely used historical price series. The day's high was roughly $85,129 and the low about $84,141.
The contained move followed a week in which US spot bitcoin ETFs recorded their strongest inflows of the year and returned to positive territory for 2026. With conventional markets closed, weekend liquidity was thinner and there was less new macroeconomic information to reprice.
A nearly flat Sunday after a strong flow week shows the market holding its level rather than extending the rally. It says less about the next move than trading once institutional desks and bond markets reopen.
