FET converter drain begins wider bridge incident

An attack involving the SingularityNET ecosystem began with a drain of 8,721,530.40 FET from a token converter on Ethereum. The transaction occurred at 20:21:47 UTC in block 26,013,913 on September 19. A subsequent transaction at 20:50:11 UTC minted NTX and sent the newly created tokens to the same recipient cluster.

Later preliminary analysis linked the converter call to a compromised SingularityNET bridge authorisation key, with a separate NuNet minting key implicated in the second transaction. That assessment concerned misuse of privileged signing authority; a complete incident account was still pending.

The initial FET outflow and token minting were distinct events, so their token quantities should not be combined into a single cash-loss figure. Further unauthorised minting and public responses followed on September 20 as the scope of the incident became clearer.
