XRP Ledger enables atomic transaction batches

The XRP Ledger activated its BatchV1_1 amendment on mainnet, introducing a way to group related operations with explicit execution behavior. Independent inspection of validated ledger records confirmed the activation on October 9, following the network's validator-governed amendment process.

Batching is useful for multi-step business operations that should not end half-completed. Developers still need to verify the final validated result rather than treating a submitted transaction as proof that a complete business process succeeded.
