Hedera completes its testnet upgrade

Hedera completed its testnet upgrade to v0.76.3 on Tuesday. The network status record shows maintenance starting at 17:00 UTC, the network becoming available for verification at 17:03, and the upgrade marked successful at 17:06.

The announced maintenance window had allowed approximately 40 minutes of disruption. The recorded rollout therefore finished well inside that estimate, giving developers access to the upgraded environment the same afternoon.

This was a testnet deployment. Applications using that environment could resume checking transaction handling and integrations against the new version, while production behaviour remained a separate operational question.

Routine releases rarely attract the attention of a new chain or token. Their completion records are still useful: they tell builders which software is actually available to test.
