Circle prepares EURC inventory on Solana for Gateway

Circle's October 23 developer update reports a new EURC pre-mint address on Solana to support Gateway's expansion. The address is an infrastructure detail behind making the euro stablecoin available through the service.

Preparing token inventory and increasing circulating supply are different operations. A pre-mint address should not be interpreted on its own as evidence of new customer demand or new euros entering circulation.
