Circle Gateway adds support for EURC and cirBTC

Circle's October 23 update adds EURC and cirBTC support to Gateway. Applications can work with a unified balance for each supported asset across supported chains.

The abstraction reduces how much chain-specific inventory an application must expose to its users. It does not turn euros, dollars and wrapped bitcoin into interchangeable assets. Each still has its own issuer or custody arrangements, redemption conditions and market risks.
